  1. Due to the time constraints of the two-week project for a design Challenge, the research stage was expedited, leading to an incomplete Discovery phase.
  2. Additional research was required for an unfamiliar domain, specifically, funeral services.
  3. Varied target audiences exhibit distinct pain points and requirements.

  1. The majority of existing funeral services in the market adhere to traditional norms, offering limited customization and a restricted range of options.
  2. Typically, individuals only consider funeral services in the immediate aftermath of a loved one's passing, leading to a narrow timeframe for decision-making.
  3. Funeral planning remains an unpopular service, particularly among young adults who may not prioritize or engage with this aspect of future arrangements.

Target Audiences: 18+
